My name is Tumas Agius. I'm an amateur film photographer from Brisbane who specialises in the use of vintage cameras and monochromatic film.
I have been shooting film since August 2025. Inspired after watching Godzilla 1954, I found an appreciation for old-school camera and editing techniques. Soon into my photography endeavour, I came across photographers such as, Fan Ho, Frank Hurley, Werner Bischof, Henri Cartier-Bresson, and Vivian Maier, who inspired my motivation and helped me to find the direction of my style.
I photograph moments that speak to me, and as my style and technique develops, I will continue to share my work, hoping that others can find something in my work that speaks to them.
